Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of prepaid rooms are non refundable. Instead it can be used as a credit for a future stay. Restrictions apply please call with any questions for further detail.
- except on Event Weekends bookings, if you cancel your reservation with less than 72 hours notice prior to check-in time, we will charge the credit card on file 100% of the reservation amount
- this cancellation charge in not a penalty and is to be considered liquidated damages
- if you cancel your reservation more than 72 hours from check-in time on the day of your arrival, there is no charge
Event Weekend Cancel Policy

Check-In/Check Out
- check-ins after 3 PM
- check-outs before 10 AM
Smoking Policy
- there is absolutely no smoking allowed anywhere inside the motel or guest rooms
- if you do smoke in one of our rooms, we’ll know and we’ll charge your credit card $200 – no exceptions
- smoking outdoors is permitted but not near open doors or windows
Pet Policy
- We love pets too. There is a $25/pet/stay charge and pets must be kept on a leash while on the property
